This is a flow based class connecting movement with breath. It is a level up from Flow 1, where you will be introduced to more intermediate poses and move at a faster pace. You will build more strength, balance, and flexibility in this class.
Sunday-Wednesday: 6 am – 8:30 pm
Thursday: 2:30 – 8:30 pm
Friday: 9:30 am – 1:30 pm
Saturday: 9:30 am – 8:30 pm
