Yoga Nidra is a sleep-based meditation that has the power to take you to very deep levels of relaxation. You will spend over 50 minutes lying down on your back and experience guided meditation to help you learn the techniques to relax. Some of the things this class helps with include: stress, anxiety, depression, and insomnia. You will leave feeling restored and energized.
