For all of our hot classes you NEED to bring a mat towel or your own mat to join. The room will be set to 32-34c. This is a flow based class connecting movement with breath. In this class you will start to move into more advanced variations of poses and flow harder. You will use the strength and flexibility gained from previous levels to go deeper into backbends, hip openers, arm balances, and inversions. Do not join this class if you have heart problems, high blood pressure, or if you are pregnant.
