Saturday: 9:30 am – 9:30 pm
For all of our hot classes you NEED to bring a mat towel or your own mat to join. The room will be set to 32-34c. This is a flow based class connecting movement with breath. We will be flowing slowly in this class, giving you enough time to enjoy each pose. You will build flexibility, learn proper alignment, and improve control of your breath. Do not join this class if you have heart problems, high blood pressure, or if you are pregnant.
