For all of our hot classes you NEED to bring a mat towel or your own mat to join. The room will be set to 32-34c. This is a flow based class connecting movement with breath. It is a level up from Flow (Level 1), where you will be introduced to more intermediate poses and move at a faster pace. You will build more strength, balance, and flexibility in this class. Do not join this class if you have heart problems, high blood pressure, or if you are pregnant.
