Thursday: 2:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Friday: 9:30 am – 1:30 pm
Saturday: 9:30 am – 9:30 pm
This is a flow based class connecting movement with breath. We will link everything you’ve learned in all the other Flows and bring it all together into a powerful class. You’ll be able to move with newly found confidence and the freedom to choose the movement options. We recommend taking Flow (Level 2) and Flow (Level 2-3) for 2 weeks regularly before joining this class.
