Sunday-Wednesday: 10:00 am – 9:30 pm
Thursday: 2:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Friday: 9:30 am – 1:30 pm
Saturday: 9:30 am – 9:30 pm
This is a flow based class connecting movement with breath. In this class you will start to move into more advanced variations of poses and flow harder. You will use the strength and flexibility gained from previous levels to go deeper into backbends, hip openers, arm balances, and inversions.
