Take your practice from the ground to the air! We recommend you take AERIAL BASICS (Level 1) and AERIAL FLOW (Level 1 – 2) before taking this class. You will practice a series of more advanced yoga postures on aerial swings. This class is designed to increase strength, improve flexibility, lengthen the spine with creative sequencing and flowing transitions. Finally, Savasana feels like floating in the air!
