Take your practice from the ground to the air! After gaining the basic knowledge needed through AERIAL BASICS (Level 1), this class is aimed at strengthening and conditioning your muscles through the help and support of the hammock. This prepares you to flow fluidly through more advanced aerial transitions and poses introduced in Level 2. Finally, Savasana feels like floating in the air!
