Take your practice from the ground to the air! This class is designed for complete beginners to Aerial Yoga. You will be introduced to the basic postures and vocabulary, flow through slow-paced sun salutations, and given the confidence to join other aerial classes. Finally, Savasana feels like floating in the air!
