Sarah first started her yoga practice in 2005 and immediately was hooked on the physical and mental benefits of yoga. She knew she wanted to help others achieve these benefits, as well as continue her own practice.

Cami's true Yoga journey started 2006. She was very stressed at work and her doctor suggested yoga. She did it for 2 weeks and realized that she needed a change, so she resigned and found a more suitable setting for her personality.
