YOGA BASICS

This class is for you if you’re just starting to practice yoga. We’ll teach you all the essentials so that you can walk into your other yoga classes confident and prepared.

YIN

Yin Yoga offers increased body and mind awareness, greater flexibility, and relaxing postures. You will hold poses for around 5 minutes. This will allow the muscles and connective tissues to lengthen and release tension from the body.

RESTORATIVE

Restorative Yoga is the class you go to when you want to treat yourself to some well-deserved relaxation. It’s a gentle style that uses props, blankets, and bolsters to ease you into poses. Take this class and you’ll be giving your body a mini vacation.

MEDITATION & PRANAYAMA

The core of a good yoga practice is proper breathing techniques and meditation. We help you learn these essential skills so that you get the most out of every class you take in the future.

NIDRA

FLOW (Level 1)

This is a flow based class connecting movement with breath. We will be flowing slowly in this class, giving you enough time to enjoy each pose. You will build flexibility, learn proper alignment, and improve control of your breath.

FLOW (Level 1-2)

This is a flow based class connecting movement with breath. It is a level up from Flow (Level 1), where you will be introduced to more intermediate poses and move at a faster pace. You will build more strength, balance, and flexibility in this class.

FLOW (Level 2)
