Each class you attend you will be guided through different techniques of Pranayama and Meditation. Pranayama is sanskrit – Prana “Breath”. Yama “Retention” – You will learn different modalities of breathing to assist you in your daily balancing of life. You will enjoy a variety of meditation in all it’s forms, again with each class offering you something new whether it be of mind or practice. Be prepared to sit still and enjoy what come’s up for you along your yoga journey as we drop deeper into ourselves and our practice together. Each class will inspire you to take your practice home and enhance your skills to balance your world exactly as you need in your own time.
