Kay

Kay enjoys yoga for the physical and mental strength, clarity, and focus it brings to her life. Yoga has been a part of her life since childhood, and became a daily practice in 2013. Kay incorporated yoga into her other passion, teaching young children, by using it to help calm her students down, encourage a healthy life style, and engage kinesthetic learners. She decided she wanted to teach yoga to adults as well, and received her 200-hour certification from Sonic Yoga NYC, a Yoga Alliance certified school.

Since being certified, she has taught yoga in Kuwait, and is known for her powerful, dynamic classes. Her clear instruction and ability to modify positions makes her classes accessible to beginners and challenging for advanced students.
