As Dalal started practicing yoga four years ago, she began to feel the transformation it had in her life. She fell in love with how she felt after yoga, the confidence and the fluidity of movement. With it, she developed the deepest focus she had ever experienced.
In March 2013, she earned her 200 YTT from Sampoorna Yoga School in Goa, India in hope of spreading her love of yoga. In May 2013, she started teaching yoga at GUST Fitness Center helping university staff & students develop mind and body connection in order to embrace and explore their full potential.
Dalal teaches flow-based classes drawn from studying Ashtanga and practicing Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin disciplines. In her classes, Dalal emphasis on alignment, breath, presence, and gratitude encouraging people of all ages & abilities. As part of her yoga practice, Dalal found Yoga Gives, a project with an aim to spread the love of yoga through humanitarian concepts. Through the past couple of years, she helped fundraise for different projects in Sudan, Gaza, Syria, and Nepal.
